"This place was a pleasant surprise. Room was very clean and updated. Comfortable beds and bedding. It was inexpensive and indescript, but the room was really nice! 30 minutes from the Ozark Amphitheater and minutes from route 66 attractions. Thanks for a nice stay!"

"Ended up here at the Hampton due to hotels in another nearby town being booked up for a graduation and it was such a pleasant surprise! The staff was amazingly friendly, the rooms were amazingly clean, and we had a great quiet stay! Would definitely return if in the area I highly recommend this location. We love and always patronize pet friendly locations. Thanks for welcoming our fur balls and giving us a great stay."

"The rooms were very nice and clean. Large fridge and microwave in the rooms with coffee available in the lobby all hours. The breakfast was grab and go . The only negative was that the beds were not very comfortable . We actually left a day early due to the beds. They were nicely made with clean linens...they were just very firm beds. The rooms had very nice showers and the water pressure and hot water were exceptional. The staff were all very nice and checking in was super fast ! 5 stars...

"This is a really cute house in a nice small town. We walked into town and grabbed dinner and did some shopping at the downtown thrift store. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. We had great weather, so we enjoyed exploring through the neighborhood. The house is really quaint and comfortable. The bathroom has the tiniest sink I've ever seen! The kitchen was perfect for what we needed."

"Really nice place you can tell it was fairly new. Lots of thought went into it. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the hot tub and pool are not on site. They are down a few miles away and closed for off-season but that is to be expected and with the rain our buildings parking lot was a pond where all the other ones were nice and dry a little bit higher up or more gravel would definitely recommend this stay and stay here again, and we have plans in the future to reserve more cabins. We looked for a path down the hill to get to the river without driving but didn't see anything. Nothing to do with quality of stay, just if someone wants to know for future visit that driving to the park or any fishing access is a must from here. Owners were incredible to work with, fast responses with details and provided good recommendations for trout...
