"Beautiful view, good hot showers, comfortable beds, great food, and great hospitality"

"Nice staff, but sign broken and building is a bit rundown."

"Real good place to rest"

"Very clean cabin. Responsive hosts and very responsibly priced"

"Host was very nice. Everything was clean and well organized. Plenty of space for sure.If you are bringing a boat, be sure to book ahead. Though you are like right next door to the state park, they don't always have boat slips available. And, forget trying to get a boat slip at Sulfur Creek Marina. That place is a joke. Ended up at Safe Harbor Wisdom Dock to get a boat slip. 30 minute drive every day, which was a pain, but doable. If the property owner had a boat slip available at the state park...

"Clean"

"Great property close to the lake and sweet shop…I’d rent again"

"The house is beautiful. Amazing wooden ceilings. A shower that you have to see to believe. You can sit on the front porch or back and hear the birds. Flowers were in bloom. Kitchen fully stocked. Just bring your food. We are already planning a return visit. Chuck the home owner is excellent and quick to respond if you have questions. "

"The place was very clean and close to the marina."

"This is the 5th time we have stayed here and as always it was perfect. House is clean and had everything we needed. The owner is always helpful if anything needs addressing. It is a very quiet location. "

"Wonderful home with a great view of Dale Hollow Lake! The place had everything to meet the needs of our whole family - including a baby, several young adults and two dogs. We were very close to at least two marinas on the lake (we rented a boat from Sulphur Creek, which was also awesome!). Wildlife in the outdoor setting was abundant and communication with the host was excellent! Overall, we had a great 4th of July reunion for our family and would definitely vacation here again!"

"We had a fantastic stay at The Cottage! The home was beautiful, spotless, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The host was also exceptional—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Check-in was seamless, and accessing the home couldn’t have been easier. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host had thought of every detail. Fresh flowers in the kitchen made us feel instantly at home, and there were so many thoughtful extras waiting for us,...

"The house was great, very clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Also very well outfitted, we will be back. Thanks John !"

"Everything was great"

"This is a very nice, comfortable place to stay. I come down here with my grown sons every year for a week to fish. It's close to the ramp with a nice covered area to park my boat. Everything was perfect for the whole week. The beds were extremely comfortable. I'll most definitely pick this property again to stay."

"This was our second time staying at this house and would 100% recommend this house to others. Very clean. Host is very responsive."
