"Cabin inside was very clean! Kitchen was stocked with necessary items. I completely understand the decks are open to the elements, but it would be nice to hose it down every so often. The house had all the fun water rafts/kayaks, the only bummer was you’re not provided the key for neighborhood park. So you have to use the State Park across the street and no instructions. "Easy to get to, convenient location in a very quiet area down a dirt road, with quick access to stores, gas stations, restaurants and the interstate. Has basic essentials, needed a computer to access Starlink, if you want more than basic tv. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch. "

"1940's farm home that has been updated with modern amenities. Booked for the location to various springs, aesthetic of the home and property (e.g., oak tree canopy). The working ranch with young calves was a welcomed bonus. "

"Very close to springs and other attractions. Property was clean and very inviting on the inside. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very homey. Ample coffee and tea was provided and the kitchen was very equipped for cooking. Overall a really great way to enjoy the nearby springs. "
