"The overall property was attractive and well maintained however the bed in our room was not comfortable at all. We could feel the springs and every time my husband turned over or moved, it was so loud it woke me up. We told the front desk on checkout. We appreciated a full hot breakfast but the man in charge needed help keeping the bar supplied and the trash cans were overflowing."

"Electric outlets on lamps need repair. Need face soap at the sink. Would be helpful to have a grab bar in the shower. Lounge chair is uncomfortable. Prefer bed not to be so high."

"The hallways on floor 2 had missing trim -the front desk lady did not have pens for customers to use. Said she had ONE. There was constant noise u til after midnight and a gap in our door"
