"Dirty, nasty doors (main one and dirt to bathroom) made entire room feel nasty. When I mentioned to staff they said yeah, we are going to replace them soon. AC worked well! My window had graffiti scratched on in, look like a cult sign. When I mentioned it to staff they just shrugged it off. Toilet seat was falling off. Calling this a Deluxe room was a huge stretch. I wish I could get a refund."

"Disappointed with the amenities especially with the amount I paid. The space is good but it’s not very clean. I can hear the beach but we can’t see it because of the bushes. The beach is beautiful though. I understand that I am paying for the location. I just wish there was wifi or cell signal in case of emergency."

"The room was clean and the bed were on the firm side but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a large apartment sized fridge in the room that could be useful if you plan ahead. The two flaws for this room are: showers that never got close to hot. Lukewarm at best. Chilly if you shower first. The Hot cold label on the shower was the opposite of normal. The second flaw was the price. Not worth what they charge here. I can get a room in the Carribean on the beach for less!...

"the Hotel was fine - no frills. "Breakfast" - a sausage muffin (we don't eat pork) or the "granola bars" didn't really hit the mark on "breakfast". The room was clean but dated - spots and stains on the bedding and the carpet."

"The location here couldn't be more beautiful, with cabins on the edge of where land meets the ocean. The beach views were spectacular. Cabins rustic, but comfortable."

"Staff seem to be very motivated to keep the property clean and orderly. Also, the customer service was great. Our front desk representative, Robin, was exceptionally helpful. The location is very good since it is near Olympic national Park and Sequim Washington. The property was comfortable and everything was in good working order. The breakfast buffet was decent and had everything we needed."
