"The electricity was off for several hours, which was inconvenient. Other issues were preventable. The toilet handle was broken. The mini split in the bedroom dripped water every few seconds onto the floor--very irritating. And the shower curtain was gross--covered with mold at the bottom. The person I contacted about the issues was wholly unhelpful. The problems, she said, could be addressed in the morning--after we were leaving. I will not stay in another place that doesn't have 24 hour help...

"Rooms were very clean. Comfortable beds! The only thing I feel would make this motel more accommodating would be some type of continental breakfast. Even if it was something small like muffins, donuts, fruit or even yogurt. It’s nice to just have something other than coffee."

There was a lack of attention to the details though, leaving things looking unfinished. For example, the ice maker didn't make ice and there wasn't an alternative ice tray to make ice, one of the electrical outlet in the kitchen didn't work, and other small things."
