It was a cool table and games in the lobby, which my kids and I took advantage of to kill some time before going to dinner. "When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for"

"Dirty everything. No iron. Rusty microwave. Only 1 channel on the tv. Smells like chemicals, dog and old food, among other things. I complained and nothing. Room smelled so I purchased incense and candles. Was accused of smoking "something" and was told to pay 100 extra or leave. I left."

"Imagine booking a no smoking room, but instead being booked into a smoking room that literally is four feet away from their "designated smoking area". It wreaked like an ashtray. The hotel response was sorry, we hope you'll come back. Terrible experience. Do not stay here unless you love tobacco and love all your clothes smelling like tobacco."

"I stayed there for 8 hours and that was enough. The hotel says it’s refreshed, and it is not. The pillows had cotton in them and square..so it’s not a real pillow. The mattress sunk in the middle. The breakfast is not free.. but I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me."
