"Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the property was peaceful and quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during every shift we encountered. "I didn’t eat breakfast there, and the A/C worked fine. Since we were notified that the carpets were damp, I assume they had recently been cleaned, the room had a strong unpleasant humidity smell. There was gum stuck to a picture frame above the bed, and there were stains on the bathroom ceiling. They do have a washer and dryer; however, they don’t provide quarters or have a place to get change, so I ended up driving to the nearest laundromat. The motel is surrounded by parked semi-trucks....

"The room was comfortable and roomy. The breakfast buffet was the best variety we've had. Make your own waffle, egg/cheese taco, fried potatoes, maple sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, pastries, scones, bagels, etc, different each day. Fresh, hot oatmeal and grits with add-ins. "It was clean but just a very older outdated property. I felt icky, couldn’t relax. Also we were there for a ball tournament , I tried to check in at 145 as wouldn’t be back until 930 that night. I was told there would be a fee if Indidbt wait until 3pm. It would be nice to have that notice posted somewhere in the hotel or get a message upon booking that this is a rule.
