"We checked in after hours so our check in letter was on the counter with all the check in directions. The sliding door, at the ramp to use the cart to transport our luggage inside, was turned off. We had to call the person on call to help who had to call maintenance and they were able to trouble shoot and found that the power to the door was turned off. I think this is the only issue we had. "The pics on sight are exactly what you get! Clean property… easy communication with host. Stocked with all the essentials you need for a VRBO! Would book again. If I could give a couple of suggestions.. backyard needed mowed and a few of the lights busted on outdoor patio. Neither of these affected our stay. Just suggestions…"
