"When we got in the lady at the check in desk was super sweet and helpful we were able to get checked in pretty quick, our only issue was the room was very humid and smelled like carpet that had been left in the rain then left to dry. Everything felt wet and nasty. The room was overall clean and cozy just the wet and humid room"

"My wife and I were assigned room 317. The room smelled damp and was not a room we could stay in. We were then assigned to room 312. The thermostat didn't work and the temperature in the room was 69 degrees. There was no way to either raise the temperature or turn off the A/C. The buffoon at the front desk said he couldn't do anything about the temperature in the room and said he would provide us more blankets. Obviously not acceptable. We were then assigned to room 318. "It was plain but it was clean and didn't have a bunch of places where they tried to fix something like a lot of motels do. They do t serve breakfast but it was for the money overall good."

"Ice machine broken and they didn’t even care. Floors turned soles of feet black so dirty. Advertisement breakfast ,in 11 days all they had was coffee. No house keepers and when they did show up said I’ll be back later but never came. Someone stole food and money from the room. None recovered. Cracks around tiles in bathroom lined with dirt. Horrible service"

"Fantastic stay in Ardmore for our Lake Murray fishing trip. The property was very clean, reasonably priced, and only about 12 minutes from the lake. Martin was an excellent host with great communication, very transparent, and made check-in extremely easy with no games or delays getting access information.The driveway setup was great for parking and maneuvering a boat, which was a huge plus for us. "The Cozy Bungalow was perfect for our stay. Everything was bright, fresh, and clean. It was a very welcoming bungalow! The amenities and furnishings were high quality, and the bed was very comfortable. There were all kinds of restaurants nearby which was great for the times we didn’t want to cook. The hosts were friendly and provided clear instructions on use of the bungalow. Truly a wonderful experience!"
