"The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. We booked the hotel because of its location as well as the hot tub and pool. The ceiling in the pool area is falling down in many areas and we could not get in the hot tub because it was dirty and covered with hair floating all over the water. The room was nice and it was clean. The kids enjoyed the arcade room as well!"

"We were looking for a large house on the Hardwick area and Tom’s house fit the bill. Many bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean and fairly well appointed. The kitchen knives were surprisingly sharp, so standard items were missing like a cheese grater. But we were able to use the food processor, which was great. The description and photos indicated there were 4 rooms with queen beds and two rooms with twin bed. The were 5 queen bedrooms and just one with twins. It was not a problem for...
