"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"Cottage was absolutely amazing!!! It was clean and comfortable and adorably decorated, you can tell the host truly take care of the home and guests! It is even nicer than the pictures! The area is quiet and safe. I will absolutely try to book this again when I am in the area!"
