"The Hotel Is Beautiful The Room Was A Bit Small But Expected Found One String Of Hair In The Shower But That’s Why I Always Spray And Wiped Down Everything Before Touching Anything As Far As The Hotel Staff Horrible Especially The Manager On Duty Zach And Whomever Answered My Call Forgot Her Name But She Wants To Be Important So Bad They Way Their Chargers Are Set Up Are Absolutely Ridiculous And Confusing All At The Same Time They Really Should Go Back Through Customer Service Training...

"The room was filthy. the floors were not vacuumed and had pebble sized dirt and debris. Turned on the faucet to start the shower and it was BROWN with either rust or dirty water. Left it running and tried to call the front desk and no one answered. Was starting to clear when I returned and it cleared up after letting it run for 15 minutes. refrigerator in room was warmer than the room itself so useless. Staff was nice but room was terrible."
