"The property is very nice, well maintained and attractive. The host is very available and accommodating. The Expedia description does not match the VRBO description. The garage is not available and the second bedroom is a loft. Great place of you can live with this layout."

"A large group of us stayed here for a graduation at CU. It was a beautiful location was a gorgeous mountain view, and had very large public space (including the kitchen) in the house-- great for parties. The house is about 20 mins from Boulder and 35 mins from Denver or the airport. It is was perfect for us that none of the bedrooms are designed for children (no bunk or twin beds -- all queen or king). The master suite is fabulous."
