"The pool water was not cool enough to be refreshing in triple-digit weather. However, connected to the property is the Maverick RV park and their pool, although not cold, was cooler. The bakery sold specialty coffees but didn't have decaf. The property and staff were wonderful and very attentive. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return."

"I was worried prior to arrival due to previous reviews. However it was exactly what I was expecting. Cute little house with double beds. Very clean and the AC blew cold. The only issue I found was the fridge did not work. However we did not need it and only needed a clean comfortable place to sleep for the night. I’d stay here again."

"The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and quaint. If you are used to air conditioning, the rooms are cool, each room have individual units. Cooling can be inconsistent. Parking is very limited. Restaurant is closed and no swimming pool. There is a cute courtyard to enjoy your morning coffee. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will come back."

"The bathroom window was propped open about an inch and a half and would not shut. The TV did not work. The shower was literally a dribble coming out. The floors were dirty the bathroom was very dirty around the edges and on the window sill. The sink faucet was not secure and would wobble around if you tried turning on the water. This was room 105 I don't know how other rooms were."

I paid $199 for one night, but the room was nowhere near that standard.
