"Please provide good sheets. Sheets smells foul smell."

"decent place to stay, staff helpful, shuttle to/from CVG convenient. only feedback is giant water fountain in lobby is so loud, made desire to hang out there for cup of coffee or dining at restaurant nearly intolerable. i feel sorry for staff who work in that area…definitely unneeded noise pollution."

"I am so disappointed with this experience. We stayed at a Country Inns and Suites property in Grand Rapids and it was great. Property was well maintained, amenities were great and the staff were top notch. I assumed all properties were similar. Boy was I wrong. This property was not what I expected. It it always simply a place to rest for the night, but not a place to enjoy. The tub didn’t look clean so we didn’t take baths. Just washed up real good and kept it moving. The breakfast was sub-par...

"CONS- Dont like the fact that you have to go through a machine with a person on the screen to check in instead of an actual person at the desk. The whole lobby smelled very strong of paint. Half the channels on the TV did not work. There were holes in the walls of our room and half the ceiling had what looked like mold all over it. PROS- The breakfast was decent with waffles and biscuits and gravy. The front lobby does look nice and welcoming."

"Easy check in. Great location. Will book again!"

"Clean, quiet, easy check in/out"

Was issued the wrong room key, once I recieved the room key, the room was clean, but it had the worst mildew smell inside, not to mention all of the surrounding rooms were being renovated, so there was tons of beating and banging, one of the amenities was breakfast and there was absolutely none of that, and the coffee maker barely worked. Would never book a room here EVER!!"

"Staff was responsive but there was only so much they could do. Air traffic has increased since last stay - Air conditioner/ heating unit had separated from wall and exposed the room to outside- manager did come to room and pushed back into place. He also unplugged phone since it was flashing all night long as a solution. Kleenex and shower gel were replaced and he offered to bring up mini- frig. But room still had been neglected- insect evidence on windowsill, and we did see a cockroach and...

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony room we originally booked had been overbooked so we were upgraded to a king suite which was very nice."

"Plastic utensils for the breakfast was a step-down for Hyatt"

"Great all the way around"
