"My friends and I were blown away by this property. Large space, plenty of bedrooms and beds. I went with a group of 12 adults & nobody needed to share a bed. The beach is well-maintained and secluded, lots of privacy. Plenty of activities indoor & outdoor, this is a great place for a family trip, or an adult-only trip. "The good: access to the hotel, andfirst floor room, and a great mattress. The bad: badly out of date decor, and color combinations, with chipping and splotchy paint throughout the room,along with a dirty floor, mold, rust in the bathroom, obvious water damage, and the exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom."

"The room was clean, quiet and fully stocked. Future tenants need to be prepared to go up 2 flights of stairs and the toilet is child height. The bed could be larger and more comfortable. Other than that the stay was enjoyable."

It is stated in the listing but know there are alot of stairs for this property and the one above. If your knees can handle it, it is worth it. One thing otherd may want to know.
