"The property was beautiful. However it was listed on Expedia as having a sofa bed which we required. It did not have a sofa bed. It didn’t even have a sofa, it had a love seat. Pretty hard for someone to sleep on. Also, the bar/nightclub attached will keep you up till closing. Very loud. Check with who rented the room next to you. We had a group shooting an adult film. Loud sexual noises followed by a shower and then repeated numerous times. Started in the evening and went all night until 7am....

"Staying at the H&R Caboose Roost was an unforgettable experience! From the beginning, Tina was kind, friendly, communicative, and an all-around wonderful host. The place itself is so magical and charming! We had plenty of space and all the comforts we could hope for and then some: impeccably clean, charging cables in two places, muffins for our stay, yard games and indoor games, recommendations for local restaurants, filtered water in the fridge, a beautiful fire pit area in the back, and more!...

"It was very clean and had a good feel. It was well stocked. I appreciated the cute little ice tray in the freezer that was full. I also appreciated 4 waters in the fridge. The bed on the loft upstairs was atrocious. You can feel the springs through the mattress. The downstairs bed was good. The pillows were fantastic! I’m a pillow snob. We needed a quick place to land for a church function so I can’t say much about the outside amenities as we weren’t there much. But it was a beautifully tucked...
