"Ours was a really nice apartment, situated just 3 or 4 minutes walk from the main square in the Old Town. Clean, plenty of space & very well equipped with plenty of cafes, bars & restaurants close by without being particularly noisy. The staff at the main reception/office (5 minutes from our building) were friendly, polite & helpful, with a secure room available to store luggage until check in time, as we arrived quite early in the morning. "Room was perfect as a solo female traveler. Very comfortable, clean, well furnished. Hotel is in a fantastic location — easy to walk around, so many shops and restaurants nearby, and even though it’s right in the center of things, it’s not very noisy. Very safe area and well lit."

I was able to do two weeks of washing, then dry everything inside the flat on the drying hooks inside. No oven, but everything else. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and warm. Pleasant staff too. "Fantastic apartment in a prime location - 2 minutes from the square in Krakow old town. Very quiet at night never heard anyone. Well equipped- microwave, hob, kettle and fridge . Great instructions for checking in - it is right next to the wax works. Would 100% recommend this apartment"
