"My husband and I had a wonderful stay here for the weekend. We visited Berkeley Springs, which was a nice visit and went to Capoon state park that had beautiful views. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well. There were lots of games and we spent some time having quality time together playing games. The place was very clean and cozy. We would definitely come back again."

"This cabin needs a LOT of care. It was OK for our purposes, because we just needed a place to sleep more than anything, but if we were actually looking to "vacation" or "rest and relax" it left a lot to be desired--especially regarding upkeep and how it was furnished 1. Our sheets had HOLES in them! 2. No toiletries, other than body wash in the bathroom 3. No bath mat 4. Insufficient towels 5. Not enough dishes or mugs 6. No sponge for washing dishes, or anything to clean and wipe down...

"The view was beautiful, especially at sunset and birding was quite enjoyable. Unfortunately the property could use some work which made it hard for us to relax. Be prepared for a steep, rough road and driveway, drive a high clearance vehicle. Communication with host was great."

"I hate giving negative reviews, however.... Upon arrival, access was very easy. The owner/ property manager provided clear and concise information. The property was easy to access, but definitely use a 4 wheel vehicle. However, the online photos of the property are deceptive. The cabin is not as rural as one would think. The building has much more wear than depicted. The deck is high above the ground and the boards are warped with openings. It did not feel safe. The gutters had plants...

The cabin was extremely clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
