"Was okay, feel there are much better spots to stay at. Location was great though but expected more for the price. Premium king room was extremely small. Do not get a room on the 4th floor, it is a nightmare to go to your room as the main elevator only goes to the 3rd floor than you have to walk the long hallways to go to another elevator to get to the 4th floor. "Hotel most importantly is in a great centralized location, walkable to a lot of places. Staff are courteous, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Hotel could use some major updates though to bring it into the 21st century. Feels very dated in 2026."

"The room was clean but the bathroom tub needs to be recaulked. Very little hot water for a shower. We were in a separate building next to the main building. There were no ice machines in our building. Had to go to the main building. They charged $11.00 to park and that was not mentioned when I booked the room. Did not get breakfast as we had to leave for the hospital. I would not book a room at this location again. The proximity to the hospital was great."
