"They put us beside the staff break room and had to listen to their appliances run all night. A high pitch buzz that you could hear over a white noise machine. Doors not sealed so bright light from the hall was directly on the bed in your face. Small roach in the bathroom. Door to valet was broken so I had to roll all of my luggage on the cobblestone outside to go around to the back. Not a horrible experience, just not up to par with the price you’re paying."

"The room was clean. The entry door stuck and had to be forced to open. Bathroom door swung in and hit the toilet due to not being level. The valet parking at checkin was not good, not enough spaces to park and unload baggage. Had to drive around the block 4 or 5 time until a space was available.
