"This Quality Inn is clean, safe and close to everything ECU related. Emphasis on clean. I literally looked in every corner, no dust, dirt, hair, etc so I could make mention in the review. I didn't use the breakfast so can't comment on that. The staff were friendly and helpful. Fair price. Nothing fancy which is exactly what I needed for my trip to watch the Little League Softball World Series. My only complaint is that the A/C didn't collect and drain the condensation so everything felt damp....

"At check-in the person at the desk was very rude and unpleasant when I mentioned we were going to use the pool. The carpet in the room felt gross, so much so I did not stay the night. I left and went back home. Because I left quickly, I ended up leaving some things in the bathroom. The person at the desk the next morning was very helpful in seeing my things were retrieved and returned to me."

"Very nice hotel suite. Room was great for two travelers though we could have used 1 additional chair. Hotel check-in and checkout processes were great. Breakfast was decent one day out of the two. Only issue was open shower design that didn’t drain until shower was turned off so water overflows onto the floor. I imagine over time that will be an issue with moisture and mold. Felt pressured to take quick shower and be careful not to fall when stepping out of the shower."

"Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the pool, as we were in town for a kids’ baseball tournament and wanted our children to have a way to relax and unwind after a long day of games.
