"The young lady who attended to me was very professional and kind, but the studio owner needs to remodel. I found cockroaches and other pests; I had to raise the temperature and leave a light on to avoid seeing them. Otherwise, everything was normal."

"I really enjoyed the "hands-off" experience of Kasa. There wasn't anything extra I needed. The virtual concierge was perfect for my preferred style of travel. The only downside is the noise on weekends from the bar next door. This is not the location's fault and they have provided earplugs and sound machines to help combat it. I was able to get good sleep thanks to those amenities. I would stay there again, I love the 6th street vibe of restaurants and coffeeshops."

"Everything was outstanding. From the valet to the room it was wonderful. Heads up and be prepared to spend 40 a day for valet. If not you’re going to try to find somewhere to park and good luck on that. "
