"The place seemed to be understaffed - service was slow and quality was nothing special. We stayed for 2 nights and our room wasn’t refreshed by housekeeping so we were waiting on clean towels and toilet paper. Reservations were required at both of the upscale restaurants on property which was a bummer. "

"Picture perfect townhouse in a quiet, hoa community. Five minute walk or 2 minute drive to nearest restaurants and spas. Even more conveniences within 5-10 minute drive. Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. "

We experienced a minor issue with the door code upon arrival; however, the host responded quickly and resolved the problem. The location of our private space turned out to be was our calm & quiet retreat from all of the family chaos (that I am sure everyone can relate to).
