"My stay at the property was disappointing due to clear cleanliness concerns in the room. The mirror was covered with handprints, and the TV screens also appeared not to have been cleaned, which made me question whether the rest of the room had been properly cleaned as well. When I went to the front desk to request cleaning supplies or assistance, I was told none were available, so I used Lysol wipes to clean and wipe down the room myself. "The owners of this B&B are hardworking and so hospitable. They have much knowledge about the area and truly strive to make you feel comfortable. The building is beautiful(albeit next to the train tracks "Choo choo") but close to much that the area has to offer yet sorta off the beaten path. Breakfast was very good! Thank you!!!"

"Just basic accommodation. Room was clean. No coffee pot or coffee. Grab bars should be installed for the benefit of seniors."

"Very old rooms. Towels and sheets smelled clean, but very musty smell in the room. The toilet didnt flush well and the tub/shower was old. For the free breakfast it was toast/bagel cereal and yogurt. Toasters are not great, and they didnt have the proper lids for the coffee cups."

"The property itself was as listed, but we spent an hour trying to find it. We had to stop and ask a resident of the area for directions. He said “good luck with that place. They’ve been shut down a few times” He also warned us about copperheads and rattlesnakes. We were never able to contact the host. VRBO offered to find us another place. We ended up staying at a hotel. VRBO said that they will compensate us for the cost "

"Unit was amazing! Quaint, quiet and very comfortable. All amenities were brand new and made it feel like home. Great shower and bed. Comfy couch. Two smart tvs. Cave city itself was welcoming as well. Would highly recommend to anyone exploring the area caves. We WILL stay here again when taking our next trip."
