"Great place for a nights stay. Beautiful views of the lake from the room, they need to replace the foggy glass so guest can enjoy the view."

"It was very difficult to get a hold of the staff because on the website it states you have to be checked in before midnight. After searching for a phone number that was not disconnected i finally got inContact with someone and they said how to get in the room and check in after was fine. The bathroom was extremely small but for two nights it was fine but for longer stays may be annoying. Would definitely recommend more outlets as well."

"The instructions were not clear. We got in late. The instructions say at the top of the stairs but not where the stairs are. The host could not be reached at all. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep. The light in the stairway was out which made the stairs even more dangerous. Half the lights in there didn't even work. The paint is peeling off the walls and ceiling. The first day my son accidentally spilled his drink and after he cleaned it up, we got a wet paper towel to ensure the floor...

"This property worked well for a short stay in L'Anse. The overall feel is more "bachelor pad" than "Grandma's house." Furniture is comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe to us. The kitchen is generally well stocked, if a bit cramped for counter space."

"The house is older and a little sad but it has a million dollar view. Two nice decks but no shade in the evening. Could use a few umbrellas only real complaint we had was the lack of any airflow downstairs. The room desperately needs a screen door or newer windows that open. If you have a group of friends or family it’s ideal. Senior citizens not so much the steps are a challenge, very steep."

"The log constructed beds are interesting but a bit too bulky for the small cabin, making a bedside table not bedside but a couple feet away. No place for toiletries in bathroom and the shower floor was spongy. Not dealbreakers but improvements could be made. Everything else was very nice."

"Great place to stay. So quiet! Perfect for my husband to hunt during the day and comfortable enough to unwind!! Kitchen nicely stocked with cooking supplies. They even left fresh eggs (upon request) in the fridge. Would definitely stay again!!"
