The hard water stains in the toilets are distinctly black. The bedroom hardfloor hadn’t been swept recently, leaving dust bunnies and such for my feet to find. And sadly, we were not informed that the pool was under maintenance when we booked online. Rather disappointing. Safe and reasonably priced, but...

When supply was low staff responded quickly when asks to refill. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. "

"I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds."
