She was so understanding and said I found you some rooms that you can check in early and come warm up. Upon arrival she was just as kind in person. We have stayed here multiple times and the staff is always excellent. Schelley went above and beyond to help us. Anytime i am in the Gainesville area, I will make sure to stay here....
