"We booked due to a Halloween weekend and upon arrival, we were told it was cancelled. We should have been notified ahead of time. The place was nice, but it was like a ghost town and there were no staff except for a few hours. When the lady was there, she was rude."

"The room was clean but very outdated. The drape hems were torn. We received a message that the office was going to close early. I called and left a message @ 2;20 asking what time was early and i wanted to extend our stay if there was availability. Our key and room directions were taped to the office window and we were able to find our room with no issue. I never received a return call and we checked out as scheduled since no one was in the office when we left at 9 am. We would have stayed if...

"The staff tried to be helpful."

"Hotel is clean and functional. Just quite a bit outdated and dull."

"Property in person did not look like the property online. The room was dirty. The walls had dirty marks all over and/or cobwebs. The entry into the hotel on the side smelled like really bad mildew. I would like some of my money back because the property was NOT maintained well at all."

"Very happy/impressed with my stay. The entire staff were friendly/helpful. Room was clean, bed was super comfy and the hotel is conveniently located to everything you need in walking distance."

"Amazing room and amazing facility, worth the cost Very well maintained"

"Room was disgusting, mold in shower on caulking, air fresheners were placed about although it still stunk. There was a plastic bag taped on the smoke detector. Trash in hall ways outside rooms all up and down hallways. When we turned on heater it smelled horrible for a few hours. There is cheaper, and way better options in Gaylord for your stay. Avoid this hotel at all costs."

"We had a comfortable one-night stay. The hotel was clean, in good condition, and nicely decorated for Halloween. We did not have time to use the hot tub, the pool, or the fitness center, but appreciated the fact that they were available to us. The staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. We will definitely consider staying her in the future."

"it’s such a beautiful property. I was only able to stop over one night on my way from Michigan to New York, but I’d love to go back someday and see more of it."

"Everything was great!"

"The room was a traditional small motel room that met our needs for a stopover on a road trip. The room was a bit stuffy. It had amenities like in-room coffee and refrigerator. The office offered some snacks and additional toiletries. It was located across the street from a restaurant/bar but there was not much else around that you could walk to after being in a car all day."

"cheaper than most"

"Friendly staff, clean-nice room and love the pool area."
