"Stayed here for 2 nights with our dogs. Room was a little dated but good size and quiet."

"Nice to see the river from room. Quiet. Even with traffic from Hwy 20 (across the river). Dated decor. Minimal amenities - slinky towels. Short toilet. Plenty of hot water. Only one small mirror in tight space. Lighting is low and will not make you look good! Good access to town of Winthrop. We’re able to walk in about 10-15 minutes. Don’t try breakfast - it was an odd setup."

"An amazing place to stay close to the North Cascades Park. Located in a cool city : Winthrop with an old - school , western climate. The room has all amenities needed. Very quite and comfortable."

"The room was clean. The king size bed was very comfortable had the extra amenities like soap for dishes, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was excellent! Not only cereals, oatmeal, waffles, coffee, and tea, but also hot breakfast with quiche or scrambled eggs and bacon. If in this area again would return to this hotel."

"All the rooms face the river(s) with beautiful views especially in the late evening and early morning. We saw nearly tame mule deer right out our window. The location is very convenient within walking distance to all the attractions in downtown Winthrop. Another plus is it's good to have a parking spot (provided for hotel guests) because parking is really tight in Winthrop especially on summer weekends. Regarding the hot tub, you have to sign up in advance to reserve it for half hour blocks....

"It is a cute place, be ready for a more rustic experience as far as bathrooms and washrooms go. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was a very flimsy lock, and we were the only ones on property for most the stay with spotty cell phone service. That part didn’t feel safe. If there were on site help or other campers around I think I would have felt more safe."

"We had short one night stay in Mazama. It was a super smooth check in process and we had no issues. We chose Mazama because of the close proximity to North Cascades. Would stay here again!"
