"Read property description completely!! It is a single family home. I didn’t notice in the description that the host would be staying in the basement. Apparently they have a “suite” down there. We woke up to voices in the house the first morning. I think it would have been less scary, and better if the host at least let us know they would be arriving in the night. The bathroom carpet had a strong pee smell, which made the room feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. I reported the problems to the front desk, but nothing was done to fix them or make the situation right. For the price paid, I expected a clean room and basic customer service. Unfortunately, the poor condition of the room and the lack...

"Many things about the room were very nice, such as the bathroom and king size bed, however, the couch, chair, and carpet were very outdated and in need of upgrades. They also need to have more luggage carts."
