"This property is a motel, not a hotel. The bathroom and shower contained visible mold, including black mold. The bed linens were worn and yellowed, and the lack of sheer curtains required the blackout shades to remain closed at all times for privacy. The entry door had a large gap with no weatherstripping, allowing insects into the room. Basic conveniences were lacking, including bedside outlets on one side of the bed and an in-room safe. "We had a hard time getting checked in, it took over an hour due to some system error they were having. After that the stay was pleasant."

"We will never stay at this hotel again. We recieved two complaints about being loud and stomping. One was about 10 minutes after we arrived. We were in no way doing any of the things they said we did. We had barely got our stuff set down. We also recieved another call at 6 in the am saying they got two more calls complaining on us. We should have never received a call at 6 in the morning. My daughter was still asleep, and the phone call woke her up."

"The check-in went well, except that we were surprised by the additional $50 fee for "incidentals." This wasn't on the original reservation and, contrary to what the employee said during check-in, we were charged that fee and it wasn't refunded to our account for a few days. The room was clean, but it had a damp feel to it, which was also a bit concerning."

"Everyone at the property was friendly and helpful. There was a problem the first night I was the but the staff was very accommodating and took care of it. My room was nice and clean, Breakfast was great every morning. If I had to make any suggestions, request to stay on the first floor. Looks like those rooms are updated more recently. Great place to stay!"

"The hotel itself was very sketchy, I travelled with my family and I will definitely never stay here again. The front desk lady was very nice but the room itself especially the ones in the back were not what I was expecting. The bedsheets looked “washed” but there were questionable stains all over to where I did not feel comfortable for my kids or myself to sleep on! Changed the bedsheets but the bed itself was also disgusting!"

"Room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I specifically chose this property because it advertised an outdoor pool. Unfortunately, the pool was empty for the entire 11 days of my stay. It would have been helpful to know this in advance so I could have chosen a different property that offered the amenities I was looking for."
