"Staff was amazing the room was spacious and clean pool was a nice space if I have to say anything negative it was the bed and pillows they were not good very uncomfortable mattresse hard pillows were thin"

"The hotel room was horrible. It was bug infested, and the bathrooms were not clean. There was actually debris between the flat sheet and fitted sheet. I had been driving all day so I was exhausted. Therefore I wasn’t able to leave the property and purchase a different hotel room. Which I should have because I got very little sleep. And I slept on top of the covers and towels to avoid the filth. "It was not a great hotel when inspecting the bed I noticed the sheets were dirty so was the mattress covers. i asked for the sheets to be changed on both beds and they were not just changed one i guess.The room stank and smelt like smoke. The smoke detector was missing and there wasn't a room phone. It was not like the pictures.I should of known something was up when there were no other guests but us.We felt the room wasn't clean enough and unsafe so we left and didn't sleep...
