"I did not get to stay in the room I paid for. Front desk said the room was unavailable due to a broken bed. So instead of the suite I paid for with a full kitchen, I stayed in a room with two queen beds. I was offered no refund or rate change for the lack of room availability. Just “oh well”. When I got up to the room, there were holes in the walls, the phone didn’t work, the desk chair was ripped and tore up. I saw no staff, no one at the front desk all four days I was there."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here. From the moment I entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor. it did not smell clean or fresh at all. The issues continued throughout the room. The shower had a strong, foul smell, similar to a wet dog. The refrigerator was dusty and visibly dirty, and the microwave had not been properly cleaned.
