"Room was comfortable and queit. It had everything I needed for the week."

"Nice place"

"Nice suite, good breakfast and warm pool!"

"Overall met expectations. AC is not centralized, but 3 separate window units that the fan ran continuously even when temperature not set as low. No on-site laundry. Fridge had freezer burn rolls left inside that had odor, small amount of leaf debris. Access to cleaning supplies kind. Binder of instructions for guest expectations significant with understanding of past abuses by guests regarding pets and body fluids. "First, the property is DARLING!!! It was exactly as pictured. We came in for a wedding and it was a block away from the venue. PERFECT. The price was good. Communication from the host was TOP NOTCH. The bed was comfortable. There is a Keurig coffee machine. There is a steamer for your clothing. ***It should be noted that Goshen has a steady stream of trains going through 24/27. If noise bothers you bring a white noise machine or ear plugs. The downtown location (which is very convenient) is also...

"Very nice!!"

"The treehouse was clean and centrally located for day trips into South Bend, Shipshewanna and St Joseph Michigan. We Loved the hot tub and the peaceful surroundings. Great relaxation. We would stay here again."

"Great place to stay."

The AC worked great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room furniture was not great but it worked. Overall for the price it is a nice place."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful farm house in such a peaceful setting."

We will actually try and rent it again. that being said, things that are not obvious are: it is actually very noisy as the road and we didn't get great communication from the host. We arrived at 3 AM because of flight problems and discovered that the information in the email labeled "keys to the house" didn't actual contain any information to access the property. It wasn't until a second phone call at the end of the next day the host...
