"Very noisy AC. Stained carpets and towels"

"If you plan to use this Hotel and check in after hours, prepare for virtual check-in. It was not ideal in our case as we arrived at 2:00 am and just wanted to go to bed. Which the bed was a queen size and very low to the ground. The room served its purpose although I would have preferred to see an individual when checking in. "

"This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen in my life!! I booked this for my best friend and I to have somewhere to stay for a sold out concert and we could not even stay there. To start it all off, when we pulled in there was a crackhead trying to flag us down across the parking lot and there was a cop already speaking to someone on the other side of the parking lot. We should have known then. The first room we were given, we walked in and there were stains on the pillow sheets,...

"The hotel was in excellent condition inside and out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in town for a concert and a shuttle was provided if needed."

"The room was very clean and tidy. The staff was so helpful and courteous. The free breakfast was superior. The decor of the room was predominantly gray, with black and white pictures of bare trees in a stormy sky... Very artistic, but not much for peace and inspiration. The bathroom door sticks and won't completely close and the air conditioner fan was loud, and awakened me every time it kicked on. We had no washcloths upon arrival, but a call to the desk resulted in prompt delivery."

"The property was nice and well kept. The downtown area was nice and clean. It’s approximately 30 minutes from Clemson, nice little drive. There are lots of places to eat and shop in Anderson. We would stay there when in the area."

Front desk personell not very professional - in the morning while I was trying to eat my breakfast they were having personal conversations discussing another employee loudly enough to be hear all over the lobby and breakfast room."
