"I requested a quiet room but the room had an HVOC unit that was extremely loud and kept turning on/off every 5minute ruining my sleep before a big test at the pearson testing center, The room is clean but it had a weird musty smell. Parking was fine, breakfast was whatever."

"Everything about this hotel was amazing! It was super clean, beds and pillows were comfy, the shower had water pressure and the thermostat worked… and they called me by name when I came into the lobby. I’m very bougie when it comes to hotels and I rarely like a hotel. Best stay and I highly recommend!"

"Room was really big. I had a king suite and so comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with so many choices."

"Rooms had a super strong chemical smell and were not super clean. Shower did not drain well and would fill up the tub very quickly. Breakfast was standard/good."

"When I walked in there was a sign to use the kiosk. I had to check in through a machine and a gentlemen came out and stood there while I was doing so. I had no idea who he was and if my room number would loudly be disclosed so it was very u settling. Oddly enough he worked there but didnt mention that, and took my keyboard at check out. Just odd. All of it."

"Upon arrival, the person at the desk was very friendly and the check-in process was easy and quick. Entering the room it looked to be clean and have what we needed. We had a two night stay, the floor got wet from the shower, but towels were never replaced because we were told rooms are only serviced every 3 days. We had no Kleenex and not even a full roll of toilet paper, had to ask for another roll at the desk. We pulled out the sofa bed and quickly put it back in because it doesn't look like...

"It is a good place to stay. I love the walk tunnel/path from the parking ramp. I would stay again, however the walls are a bit thin. I could literally hear a normal talking gentleman in the room next to me at like 5:00 am. I will take earplugs for less distraction. Updated and pretty well maintained!"

"Do not spend money to stay here. You are better off car camping at a rest area than staying here. The toilet literally had fecal matter and urine all over the seat. The toilet seat was broken. The whole hotel smelled horrible and was filthy. I actually felt more clean not showering than getting in the nasty shower."

"Upon arrival, the lobby was very warm. The exterior door was kept open as if it were broken, there were no signs. It took at least 15-20 minutes to finally get someone to the counter for check in. The stairs were very dirty as if they never sweep. We all but busted our door for our room down since it stuck so hard with all of the pain slathered in the frame. The bed frames had a good layer of dust. And it was at least 80 degrees when we got inside of the room. The bathtub did not have a drain...
