"Everything was great but they had a young man, skinny, black hair I think his name was Sam, he was AMAZING!! I sat down to have breakfast, He was by himself covering 7 or 8 tables. He would move as quick as he could, every single time he spoke to a customer though, he would not rush, he asked if they needed something else, was incredibly polite... he would offer ideas on the food, ect.. I own a small company and I am always looking at how people work and this young man did an awesome job!!"

"This hotel, while not new, is well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I did make a suggestion to the front desk as the room had nowhere to hang clothes. The suggestion was taken seriously so hopefully this will be remedied as they said it would."

"The room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed—refrigerator, TV, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, air conditioner, and more. When I first entered, it felt a bit humid—probably because the AC had been turned off—but it improved once I turned the air conditioner on. It's a quiet location, just a 10-minute drive from UF. If you're visiting the UF campus or UF hospital, this is an excellent spot. The property offers a great combination of location and price. I plan to stay here...

"The in the room had something wrong with it and made a horrible whining noise as if there was a bad bearing."

"Room was very clean ,staff were very pleasant and accommodating .One small recommendation might be towels in the shower/toilet area possibly an extra waste basket also. Other than that our stay although short was very good. "

"The hotel is older but pretty clean. The rooms are a bit dark and dated but comfortable. Nice they have a fridge and freezer in the room and a large tv. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. (pool not heated). I would rather have the pool heated than have a hot tub, but nobody asked me, lol. The wonderful breakfast includes made to order omelets and real sausage or bacon, grits, along with oatmeal and all the fixens, cereal, bagels and toast and pastries...
