"Property was poorly maintained"

"Honestly, this wasn’t what we were expecting. It’s an old run down property. We knew it would be old, but we at least expected fresh paint, nice smell, clean carpet, etc. We walked in, looked around, and immediately checked out. Huge stains in carpet-very musty smell- there was even an open door leading from the attic into the closet of the bedroom that they had placed a chest of drawers in front of to hold it closed. My wife was able to easily move it. It felt like an old haunted house...

Average breakfast at Monmouth.which is a lovely stately home. Dont have the french toast basically fried bread with what didnt look like cream cheese in between and dusted with powdered sugar no fruit as you would usually have - wasnt good!"
