"easy to deal with, decent facilities"

"The property is very well located to food outlets, Barrack st wharf and a convenient distance to the Hay St. Mall. The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are well maintained."

"The property looks like it was well renovated recently. Facilities very good including, for example, scales for weighing your bags. It’s seems priced as a mid range hotel but feels more upmarket than that. Location great for the city lots of places to go."

"The location was great, The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent with alot of variety. The beds are very comfortable."

"Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed the stay and great location."

"Cleanliness"

"Excellent helpful front office staff. South wing a bit noisy during the day with traffic as it’s a major intersection but not so much during the night after 10pm."

"amazing staff throughout the hotel and restaurant"

"The hotel is really well located in Fremantle and meant that everything was in walking ndistance for us. It was also handy being able to pay for parking with our hotel charge. The breakfast menu was good and the bar service also good. We'd come back!"

"An excellent place to stay. Outstanding location, outstanding staff & amenities. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the room was lovely. My family & I will definitely be returning. So much to do each day, and a perfect place to rest at night after a full day of activities. Slept like a log everynight. A perfect place for a family holiday."

"Great stay! The staff were so helpful at check in due to a change in circumstances. Despite being out of hours for housekeeping the guy at check in helped us out without question. I genuinely appreciated it. Fantastic location, supermarket & one of the free bus routes directly opposite. Shops, takeaways, main bus & train stations are so close by making the whole trip easier. 10/10 for a city location! I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the hotel was at night in the week which was great...

"Great hotel with wonderful touches like free minibar and on tap sparkling water in the room"

"We booked for 6 people 2 rooms And they provided 2 rooms with a king bed. I asked for extra roller bed, and charged me per each bed"

"Clean room, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Will recommend to anyone 100% and I will be returning to stay again :)"

"家族で数日間滞在しました。立地もよく、快適に過ごすことができました。 滞在中、1日だけ客室の清掃がされていない日がありましたが、スタッフの方に伝えたところ、とても丁寧に対応してくださり、すぐに新しいタオルを用意していただきました。ちょっとした行き違いはありましたが、その後の対応が親切で、安心して滞在することができました。 スタッフの皆さんの対応も感じがよく、全体として満足できる滞在でした。"

"Entry into the property after hours was via a side gate. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided. No laundry washing detergent was provided eventhough washing machine and dryer available."
