"The staff were excellent both at reception and the morning breakfast. A room upgrade , early check-in and late check out via Expedia rewards were utilised to the fullest extent after arriving back from overseas. Proximity to Southern Cross train station is ideal particularly after using the Skyways? bus service from the airport (5 minute walk). Ideal for travellers heading overseas or returning. Close to DFO outlets for shopping. I was expecting a continental breakfast (toast, cereal, coffee)...

"The location is perfect, watching the trains and enjoying the city lights in Southbank was wonderful at night, I found the sound of the trains to be relaxing but if you feel it would disturb your sleep ask for a room facing away from the river. The staff could not have been more helpful."
