"Conveniently located fair price and helpful staff."

"Great location!! Clean and very comfortable room. Beautiful views!"

"The lady at reception was welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean."

"The room was functional and clean - the hotel itself is a bit out on a limb near the port which was great for visiting magnetic island - if you don’t want to eat in the hotel then it’s a long walk to anywhere nearby - it’s pretty rundown nearby!"

"Feels more homey then other hotels."

"The room was lovely, beautiful, smells amazing. Easy access to the pool which I loved. The staff was amazing! I think these information could be mentioned upfront to guests, and not wait for them to ask. The initiative would be great. Only...

"Lovely reception by staff, lovely peaceful atmosphere, very clean, comfortable beds, pool, spas and surrounding gardens beautiful Very central location."

"An older hotel style room. Bed was comfortable. Pool immediately below room can be noisy. Also this is a large hotel."

"Quite environment."

"Nice place to stay. Closer to the beach."

"I selected this property because the images showed a view of the river, marina and ocean but on check it the room barely had windows so I paid for an upgrade to a room with a balcony that turned out to be about two square meters and looked over the seedy back street on the second floor with no lift. The included breakfast was very limited so I opted to just have a takeaway coffee that I was charged for. The staff was pleasant and that is the best thing I can say, unfortunately."
