Everything worked but the bathroom had clearly flooded in the past (the door had swollen up from the wet), cupboards in the kitchen were dented and scratched and the dining chairs had their covering hanging off and the chair legs were bent (a bit dangerous actually, we stopped using them). She had no welcoming smile, asked too many questions which should have been on record already as all my hotel bookings were with Expedia and no other hotel asked for my details except her. When asked, she was sullen."

"This is a wonderful hotel, and the best I have stayed in so far in Adelaide (and I've tried a number now). It has the feel of a small hotel but the service & facilities of a large hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms that I had on my two visits were very large, and the bathroom was wonderful with a large bathtub and separate shower. The downstairs restaurant was nice, both for breakfast and for drinks or dinner. The location is very convenient. I will most certainly be back."
