"The suit room was excellent. Very clean and close to transport and lots of places to eat at walking distance. Our room was cleaned on day 4 day of our stay counting the day of arrival. However it was very disappointing that for our entire stay we were not able to view any channel 7 shows which meant we couldn’t see the footy. It would seem the hotel knew about this problem for a few weeks but did not advise or compensate its guests which was very disappointing. They sent a maintenance man...

"It’s value for money. Kids friendly, has warm pool, hot jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Enough shower rooms. (This facility area is not cleaned often due to high traffic, I feel the floor is a little too wet to walk around. I reckon the cleaning is overall too casually done.) The room was big, 2 double beds enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. (A little downside is there is a sewage smell when I entered the room, wasn’t pleasant but I just tried to ignore) I appreciate the early check in at 2pm,...

"Location was good, very handy, close to Southern Cross station. Staff were nice. I ended up having to move rooms because the room I had booked had a connecting door to the adjoining room and you could hear the neighbour. I wish this information had been clear when making the booking. Apparently all of their studio apartments have adjoining doors to other rooms. One bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen had all utensils. TV was 55 inches I believe which is quite generous."
