The room was excellent- from the bed linen, towels and cleanliness it was amazing. Jade at reception was welcoming and professional. We didn’t use any of the outdoor facilities but everything looked great! Would definitely recommend staying here."

"Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. The floor to the room was sandy, a towel was stained, there were no instructions to wifi or just simple orientation card was missing. Also we booked the one room apt, so it was meant for 4 pax but we didn't need the sofa to be a bed but it was made to be a bed and we couldn't use the sofa for all 3 nights that we...

"Close to everything. Staff were very helpful. Only downside was that the walls are very thin, and you could hear everything going on in the rooms around you. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"A very presentable place to stay. The staff were very helpful and the amenities are in abundance and well maintained. If anything though, it can be a bit noisy due to main road proximity. Equally if you are in a room with adjoining walls it can get again get a bit noisy."

"This hotel is nice. We stayed in a basic room. There is no housekeeping service for the time we stayed which was 3 nights. The little freezer compartment was iced over and we couldn’t fit anything in it. So we got no new towels or amenities for 3 days. When we came to check out at 9 am when the office opened the man at the desk said the credit card machine wouldn’t be online for 15mins. We needed to go so we left credit card details to be charged, a different card from the original deposit card....

"The customer service was outstanding Kelly was amazing and ease of check in and check out was incredible. The chalet was sufficiently supplied with great kitchen utensils and Bathroom etc with high quality Shampoos and Conditioners etc. The only thing that failed was the chalet was not cleaned and there is black mould in the bathroom and toilet, floor also needed to be swept and moped, especially for the price we paid. Would stay again if it was cheaper."
