"Every thing was excellent"

"Lovely staff, very accommodating and friendly. Room was great and perfect location."

"So clean and such a pretty accommodation place."

"Room was clean and a nice big size. Staff were very nice and helpful. Not many choices at the buffet breakfast. Plenty of on site parking. Nice central location for Ballarat CBD"

"Room was very comfortable. We really appreciated the staff allowing us to check in late and leaving the lights & heating on for our arrival. Would stay at the motel again."

"Reception business focused took name issued key and instruction where to locate room, didnt explain parking which filled quickly. Excellent for price, convenient to shops. Meet our needs well."

"Nice to stay where the property actually lived up to the description. Clean, comfortable and spacious. A little dated but well priced for its age."

"Very old, not so clean and tidy"

"The fridge didn't seal-severely broken, The seal was filthy in the folds. The cupboard next to the fridge was lined with condensation due to the fridge working hard to try and stay cool - this made the crockery and cutlery all wet. That cupboard was also dirty inside. "Great location close to the city. The room layout is very good, although some of the appliances in the kitchen area are getting a bit old. Overall, a good room and a good stay."

"Good, the swimming pool was very nice and worm."

"We stayed for 3 nights in a 2-bedroom apartment as a family of four and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment was well-appointed, comfortable, and well-suited for a longer visit. "TV, microwave and kettle/toaster nice. Lights for some reason had no covers on them, too bright to leave on without the covers. Ended up finding them in the cupboard, carpet was a little sticky. Room wasnt available until a little after 2. Parking was limited car park was all filled up when we arrived back to hotel no where to park. We ended up leaving at 1130 pm to go back home. Would be suitable for couples or singles only staying a little while. Didnt suit us a family."
