"I like the fact that if you want a pack of chips or a chocolate, you don't have to pay 5 or 6 dollars, as I do at the Hilton. Great room, very clean and fresh. I did not like that when I arrived, I tried to book a table for dinner; there was nothing available. I ended up sitting on a stool in the bar to eat dinner, which would never have happened at the Hilton. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful."

"The rooms were clean but had a mouldy smell. The beds were comfortable. Parking was too expensive, my card was charged $48.99 , I thought it was only meant to be $25. The elevator wasn't working so the walk up the stairs was a bit rough. (on 2 60yr old ladies.) They did offer us a room, at another hotel but it wasn't on Nth Terrace. The staff were very helpful they even brought our heavy bags up to our room for us. The vending machine didn't give me my chocolate 😒 Overall it was ok not great...
