"Terrible experience: as soon as we got in we had to use the bathroom and unfortunately we didn't notice there was a big paddle of water due to a leaking water hose connected to the toilet and Guess what happened i slipped and fell on my back with legs split and my knee cut badly with the edge of the sink cabinet.... a small apology was presented however arguing that everything was inspected before arrival then we got switched to a smaller room however no compensation or sincere apology....the...

"Room was very spacious, clean, the bedsheets crisp. Ambience was homey. Breakfast was superb, not as varied but sufficient. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. "

"Almost no water pressure in shower, couldn't even wash my hair properly. Barely passable breakfast (only the omelette was good, bread was basically inedible). Most staff is not friendly. This is not a 4 star hotel. Only positive is the location close to the mosque, but far away from most other sites. "
