"Beautiful property. Brand new modern and clean. Great quiet location with beautiful mountain views at the pool. The only issue was that the one-bedroom unit does not truly sleep 4. It is advertised to sleep 4, but the pullout sofa converts to a bed which is only twin-sized. We have small kids so one slept in the queen bed with us and we made it work. Just be aware that this should be a 3-person max. We would definitely stay again if there was a larger unit with more beds."

"The space was clean and relatively comfortable. As the air conditioner is in the main room, the bedrooms were warmer than we'd like. Everything was clean and Edward was welcoming. Still, the space was only ok. We were warm sleeping and the step up into the bathroom was surprising in the middle of the night. Beds were a bit firm but tolerable. We would have preferred to stay at the Alajuela city Hotel where we stayed our first night, but this was ok. It was very close to the airport, which...

"This place was very clean and had nice quality everything. The food trucks/ other businesses on the property were a nice bonus and had a fun atmosphere. I might have missed it in directions, but it was a little confusing to find. The property includes a hotel, an office building, and these residences. They all share a parking garage so make sure you're reading the signs. A great place to stay!"

"My husband and I have stayed in many properties in Costa Rica. It was not only beautiful but well appointed. Coffee, sugar, honey, oil and tea etc were available. We've brought breakfast to cook before but found the kitchens lacking. Now we wish we brought eggs etc. This place is on our list for a repeat."
