"A great stay on my trip as a middle crossing point in Geilo, en route to Oslo from Bergen; it is within close walking distance from restaurants/shops, the information centre and of course the train station - as well as both having a restaurant/drinks counter (including tea and Starbucks coffee selections) and a nice swimming pool/jacuzzi/sauna in their building to access was also great for my short stay! Plus the staff were very nice and helpful when it came to check in/check out and drink...

"The room didn’t lock properly and they send a waiter to fix a door which was a joke and the guy tried to blame the weather and movement in timber for the door not latching. Had to negotiate compensation as they said sorry can’t help we are fully booked. Charged 150 NOK for a baby cot which was a rip off and on top no lifts and we had to carry bags up 3 levels. They expect hotel guess to pay 170 NOK per day to park on street. Deceitful as non of that is mentioned in the description. Wouldn’t...

"Fællesdel på hotel i fin stand men familieværelser var ikke i nærheden af hvad der blev reklameret med på billederne. Værelset var slidt, seng til børnene så dårlig at de ikke kunne sove der, vinduet kunne ikke lukkes (i marts måned). Meget dårlig kvalitet af værelser. Venligt personale og god morgenbuffet."
